Job summary

Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a Loss Prevention/Security Officer to help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. You will monitor property, detect suspicious activity, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Key responsibilities include patrols on foot, operating dispatch and CCTV systems, writing reports, and assisting guests and staff while upholding Marcus Hotels & Resorts standards. Evening shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read/write in English.
• Knowledge of security, law enforcement, and de-escalation practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety for guests and associates while protecting property and assets.
• Patrol premises on foot.
• Operate a dispatch center with key control, fire alarm monitoring, and CCTV monitoring.
