Job summary

Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel in Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Loss Prevention/Security Officer to keep guests and associates safe while monitoring for suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism and theft. The role emphasizes professional security, de-escalation, and customer service.

Responsibilities include foot patrols, dispatch center duties with key control, CCTV, and reporting. English literacy and a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays) are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety for guests and associates while protecting property and assets.
• Patrol premises on foot.
• Operate a dispatch center with responsibilities for key control, fire alarm monitoring, and CCTV monitoring, answering routine and emergency calls for service, and dispatching call for service.
• Perform proactive and professional security, safety, and loss prevention practices.
• Investigate situations and conditions and write reports as necessary.
• Meet, greet, and assist guests and associates as needed in a professional and calm manner.
