Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience (or equivalent).
• Experience in software development lifecycle and secure development workflows.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; teaching or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps in product security.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify security issues and drive projects to completion.
• Design training content including instructor-led sessions and self-serve resources.
• Develop understanding of software security concepts, practices and tools used in the industry.
• Facilitate change management to adopt secure development practices across teams.
• Identify internal security experts and curate knowledge resources for staff.
• Update the security learning catalog to keep content current with emerging threats.
