Job summary

Leidos in Hawaii seeks a Security Leader to run dual-scope security across a secure DoD/IC manufacturing facility and global threat management. You will guide compliance, risk mitigation, and crisis response while coordinating with program teams and government customers.

The role requires Top Secret clearance eligibility and strong leadership to build a resilient security program, including business continuity and emergency planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of security experience or master’s with 6–10 years.
• FSO/CPSO/CSSO certification; SAP/SCI program experience; ICD-705 knowledge.
• Experience with secure manufacturing security and insider threat programs.
• Emergency preparedness frameworks (NIMS, NRF, ICs); FEMA coursework preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; briefing executives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure; extended hours in a crisis.
• Must hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrial security program for a secure manufacturing facility under DoD/IC directives and customer requirements.
• Oversee physical and personnel security operations, including access control, handling of classified material and CUI.
• Serve as primary contact for DCSA, DoD, and IC security officials; lead inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into security incidents, implementing corrective measures.
• Monitor global threats and crises affecting personnel and assets; support duty-of-care via threat platforms.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency plans; conduct tabletop exercises.
• Prepare threat assessments, incident communications, and after-action reports for leadership.
• Mentor and develop security staff to sustain accountability and continuous improvement.
