Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks an experienced Security Leader to manage industrial security and global threat management for the ILS2 Program in Aiea, HI. The role requires ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoD/IC directives, and Leidos policy across secure production, while monitoring threats and coordinating crises.

You will lead inspections, oversee access control, insider threat programs, incident investigations, and develop business continuity plans.

Qualifications

BS with 8+ years in industrial security, threat analysis or crisis management; MS with 6-10 years accepted.
FSO/CPSO/CSSO certification; DoD/IC program experience; ICD-705 familiarity preferred.
Experience with secure manufacturing, insider threat programs, and DoD manufacturing.
Emergency preparedness frameworks (NIMS/NRF/ICS); FEMA coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead industrial security program at a secure facility with DoD/IC requirements.
Oversee physical, personnel security, access control, and insider threat programs.
Coordinate with DCSA, DoD, IC security officials; prepare for inspections and audits.
Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
Monitor global threats and manage crisis response using threat platforms.
Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency management plans.
Prepare threat assessments, incident communications, and after-action reports.
Mentor security staff and foster accountability across security functions.
