The Leidos Defense Sector has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Security Leader supporting the ILS2 Program in Aiea , Hi. Leidos is seeking an experienced security leader to manage a dual-scope security portfolio: industrial security operations at a secure manufacturing facility supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, and U.S. Government programs, and global threat and crisis management supporting Leidos' personnel, sites, and assets worldwide.
This leader will ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoD and IC requirements, and company policy across secure production operations, while also monitoring global threats and leading the organization's response to crises and critical incidents. The role requires close coordination with program management, manufacturing, engineering, facilities, government customers, and Leidos' Global Resilience team - balancing rigorous compliance and risk management with uninterrupted mission and business operations.

Pay Range: $82,550.00 - $149,225.00
