Job summary

Sight & Sound is seeking a Security Manager in Branson, MO to lead and develop a robust security team, partner with theater operations, and promote an outstanding guest and employee experience. You will drive safety, training, and compliance across locations while upholding our Christ-centered mission.

The role requires 5+ years in armed security or related fields, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel for training and collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in armed security, military or police service.
• 3+ years leading and developing individuals and teams.
• Proven ability to deescalate volatile situations with calm, critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team to protect guests and staff and enhance guest experience.
• Develop team leaders and officers; improve communication and processes.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold security philosophy and culture.
• Provide training and guidance with Security Trainer/Lead/Admin partners.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal security guidelines and audits.
• Coordinate across locations for consistency and training company-wide.
• Travel regionally/nationally for training; meet stakeholders regularly.
