Job summary

Sight & Sound is seeking an armed Security Officer to protect guests and staff while maintaining a visible presence across the facility. The role emphasizes customer service, rapid response to threats, and adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3–5 years in armed security or related fields, a valid Concealed Carry Permit and a Missouri guard card, plus the ability to pass fitness and background checks. Branson, MO location.

• Concealed Carry Permit required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Meet PA ACT 235 certification requirements where applicable.
• Background checks, drug and alcohol screenings, and psychological wellbeing checks.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote a culture aligned with mission, values, safety statements.
• Provide highest level of customer service and collaborate with guest service teams.
• Demonstrate and support Sight & Sound security culture with guests and staff.
• Provide armed security and respond to threats affecting life or bodily injury.
• Maintain a visible onsite security presence and monitor facility and property.
• Stay current with security procedures and build relationships with local public safety.
• Attend annual training as required by Security Manager/Trainer.
