Job summary

Sight & Sound is seeking a Security Manager to lead a guest-focused security team across our Branson, MO facility and affiliated locations. You will ensure safety, hire and develop staff, and promote a culture of trust and competence.

You will coach leaders, enforce safety protocols, partner with departments and local agencies, and travel regionally to maintain high standards of security and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of armed security, military or police service.
• 3+ years in leadership and development of individuals and teams.
• Ability to lead, de-escalate conflicts and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team to protect guests and staff while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Develop team leaders and officers, improving communication, processes and protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to maintain security across locations.
• Travel regionally and to Lancaster PA or other sites for training and alignment.
