Job summary

Neurophos is building a groundbreaking AI hardware platform and seeks an experienced Security Lead to own and defend our cloud, network, and system infrastructure. You will drive zero-trust boundaries, IAM governance, and vulnerability management while coordinating with engineering and executives.

You will lead incident response, establish SIEM/EDR capabilities, and partner with legal and customers on security programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, infrastructure security, or cybersecurity leadership, including as primary security owner at a small company.
• Hands-on ownership of a SIEM/EDR stack end-to-end.
• Demonstrated ownership of IAM/PAM architecture in a modern IdP (Okta or equivalent).
• Experience leading SOC 2 Type II audits and auditor-facing evidence delivery.
• Experience running vendor security assessments and security questionnaires.

Responsibilities

• Design and defend Neurophos's security posture across cloud and on-prem infrastructures.
• Lead zero-trust network implementation, IAM policies, and automated access reviews.
• Own vulnerability management, incident response, and forensic post-mortems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and legal for security assessments and audits.
• Maintain security governance, policy, and data handling controls.
