Job summary

Neurophos Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Lead to design, build, and defend our cloud, network, and semiconductor security posture.

You will own security architecture, implement zero-trust boundaries, and manage vulnerability and threat detection programs. You will serve as the face of Neurophos's security posture, leading governance, risk, and compliance efforts and coordinating with customers, investors, and auditors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, infrastructure security, or cybersecurity leadership.
• Hands-on ownership of a SIEM/EDR stack end-to-end.
• Ownership of IAM/PAM architecture in a modern IdP (Okta or equivalent).
• Direct experience leading at least one SOC 2 Type II audit cycle.
• Experience running vendor security assessments and responding to security questionnaires.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and defend Neurophos's core cloud, network, and system infrastructure security.
• Own architectural integrity of security posture and zero-trust boundaries.
• Lead incident response and runbooks; act as incident commander during security events.
• Establish security governance, risk, and compliance program; collaborate with GC and auditors.
• Coordinate SOC 2 Type II certification efforts and data handling controls.
