Lightfield is seeking an experienced security leader to own and scale security across product and infrastructure. The role focuses on protecting sensitive data and building trust with customers through robust security practices.

You will oversee the security program, lead incident response, and drive compliance (SOC 2) as Lightfield grows into enterprise-grade offerings. The position is hands-on and deeply technical, reporting to the CTO.

Qualifications

• Leads security function with end-to-end responsibility.
• Builds and evolves security programs for high-growth tech.
• Demonstrates deep technical security expertise across product and infra.

• Own Lightfield’s security strategy and roadmap, prioritizing the major risks.
• Collaborate with engineers on product and infrastructure security, including threat modeling and code reviews.
• Define security model for AI agents, permissions, and data boundaries.
