Job summary

EEC Solutions seeks a Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) to support HQ USARCENT. The role administers SCI personnel security, information security, and physical security programs for staff, including access management and training.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance. Prior SSR/SSO experience and familiarity with DISS, Scattered Castles, and DoD security regulations are strongly preferred for this proposal-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Security Management or related field or 4 extra years of security experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years of SCI security administration experience as SSR/SSO/CSSO or equivalent.
• Proficiency with DISS, Scattered Castles, and eApp; working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and related DoD instructions.

Job description

EEC Solutions is looking for a Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) for HQ USARCENT.

Summary Of Responsibilities

This position serves erves as the contract Special Security Representative supporting the USARCENT Special Security Office, administering the SCI personnel security, information security, and physical security programs for the supported staff sections. The incumbent is the day-to-day execution arm for SCI access management, visit certification, security education, and incident reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process SCI nomination, indoctrination, debriefing, and access maintenance actions in coordination with the SSO and HHBn Security Manager.
• Manage visit certifications and access verification using DISS, Scattered Castles, and successor systems.
• Administer SCIF access control, accountability rosters, and afterhours/emergency procedures IAW ICD 705.
• Deliver initial, annual, foreign travel, and refresher security education and training; coordinate TARP training delivery by a CI agent IAW AR 38112.
• Control, account for, transmit, and destroy classified material IAW AR 3805, DoDM 5200.01 Vol 3, and 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
• Report, document, and support inquiries into security incidents, spillages, and potential compromises.
• Support implementation of the DD Form 254 and coordinate with the COR, KO, and EEC Solutions Facility Security Officer.
• Maintain security program records, SOPs, and continuity documentation; complete all contractrequired training and daily PERSTAT input.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Four (4) additional years of directly relevant security experience may substitute for the degree.

Required Experience:

• Minimum four (4) years of SCI security administration experience as an SSR, SSO, CSSO, or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency with DISS, Scattered Castles, and eApp. Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD 704, ICD 705, AR 3805, and AR 38067.

Required Certifications / Licenses:

• CDSE SSO/SCI security courses strongly preferred.
• SFPC (Security Fundamentals Professional Certification) or ISP certification preferred.

Special Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship required.
• ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance required at the time of hire. Interim clearances are expressly not accepted.

Preferred Qualifications (optional):

• Prior Army SSR/SSO experience at an ASCC, Corps, or combatant command.
• Experience standing up or administering security programs under a new DD Form 254.
• Familiarity with CENTCOM AOR foreign travel and coalition visit procedures.
