Job summary

Surefox North America is seeking an experienced mid-level Investigative Analyst to join our Foster City, CA team. This role supports client security investigations and internal operations with discretion and integrity.

You will gather, analyze, and document complex information, conduct interviews, prepare comprehensive reports, and help develop SOPs and training materials for the Security Investigations group. This is an in-office role with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex investigations or security operations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and document complex information.
• Ability to conduct interviews and manage evidence.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Represent Surefox to clients with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Provide direct support to a client, performing security investigations, data analysis, interviews, evidence collection, and reporting.
• Apply analytical methods to identify facts, risks, and leads.
• Maintain case documentation and manage evidence across platforms.
• Coordinate with partners and support SOPs, training, and program requirements.
• Travel approximately 25% in the SF Bay Area and up to 10% out-of-state.
