Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify truck inventories to ensure product accuracy and accountability.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and perform Forklift II duties safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality control inspections to identify and address inventory or product issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes and provide coverage as needed.
• Oversee the repack area and monitor warehouse damages to ensure proper documentation and disposition of products.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving variances.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated in company systems.
• Communicate inventory concerns, shortages, damages, and operational issues to management in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to achieve departmental goals.

SummaryThe Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse, verifying truck inventory, conducting inventory counts and reconciliations, performing quality control checks, and supporting warehouse operations.
