Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist planning and organizing activities for electronic security installation projects. The role reports to the Project Manager Supervisor and supports Project Managers daily to keep projects on track.

The position involves scheduling engineering, installation, and subcontracting tasks, coordinating material procurement, maintaining schedules, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration or technical experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and scheduling engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on projects or service installed jobs.
• Coordinates procurement of materials, supplies and services and ensures timely delivery to job site.
• Maintains construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling with other trades.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders on project progress and escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains records of job status, changes, material flow and other documentation.
• May estimate or assist in estimating projects.
• Represents the company professionally on site and monitors costs and time logged.
• Works with contracts, reports, schedules, and tools to define project parameters and profitability.
• Participates in training and development; stays current with products, processes and materials.
