Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on coordinating electronic security installation projects, managing schedules, coordinating with Project Managers and subcontractors, and ensuring on-time delivery from order to closeout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, operations support or project coordination.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash flow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet CCD/PSD dates.
• Drive installation process from order to completion with PMs and leaders.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures.
• Review new orders for contact details, scope, and allowances.
• Maintain electronic folders and update inventory counts weekly.
• Manage PSD changes and trigger manufacturing/transport actions.
• Submit POs, coordinate with Accounts Payable and close out projects.
• Escalate action items when not met and document outcomes.
• Maintain schedules in Solomon/Atlas and other scheduling tools.
• Assist in customer follow-up to meet expectations.
