Job summary
Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems on-site in an assigned territory, ensuring proper functioning and customer peace of mind.
You will engage customers, perform on-site installations, diagnose issues, complete reports, and stay current on industry standards. Safe Haven offers weekly pay, PTO, medical benefits, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Requires basic tools and the ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain security alarm systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
- Engage in sales consultations with customers to understand needs and propose solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot security system issues and implement effective fixes.
- Test installed systems to ensure proper function and adjust/repair as needed.
- Educate customers on system operation and document all installations and repairs.
