Job summary

The D in Las Vegas seeks an Officer in Security to provide outstanding guest service while maintaining property safety. You will patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents and assist guests and team members as directed.

Responsibilities include enforcing company service standards, observing for suspicious activity, and escalating emergencies to supervisors as needed. Must meet gaming industry rules and obtain work cards, plus complete training academy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Will be required to complete assigned training academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety.
• Periodically patrol assigned areas to ensure guest safety.
• Practice, support and promote service standards at all times.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards.
• Answer guests' questions reflecting department and property knowledge.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior and escalate emergencies as needed.
