Job summary

The-D-Las-Vegas is seeking an Officer in Security to provide outstanding guest service while maintaining safety across the property. You will patrol assigned areas and respond to incidents as directed. Qualifications include reading and speaking English, the ability to multitask, and a 21+ age requirement with ability to obtain work cards.

High School diploma or GED is required. Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and complete the assigned training academy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Company service standards at all times
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards
• Answers Guest’s questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general
• Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior
• Escalate emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director, and Director as needed
