Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Saint Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll provide formal customer service while patrolling and maintaining a visible security presence at a retail/distribution site.

You’ll respond to incidents, monitor access, and report findings, joining a team that values integrity, responsiveness, and a people-first approach. Full-time hours with night shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail and distribution location personnel, visitors, vendors, and drivers per procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify visitor and vendor entry procedures; document activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Observe and report hazards, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy violations.

Pay Rate: $20.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to retail and distribution location personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, warehouse access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and vendor entry procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and access-related documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow established site procedures.
• Observe and report potential hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
