Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Rosemount, MN to serve clients in Retail/Malls and other sites. As an unarmed patrol officer at a distribution location, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.

This full‑time posting requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, and passing a background check and drug screen.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, delivery personnel, and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
