Pay Rate: $18.04 an hour.

The Ideal Candidate Would Have

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver’s license for over one year with a clean driving record.
• Active Arizona guard card.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening as per legal requirements.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
