Overview

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and staff, enforcing hotel policies, and documenting incidents. Key duties include:

• Patrolling the resort grounds to ensure safety and security.
• Investigating and reporting complaints, incidents, and crimes.
• Managing access and security logs, including keys, radios, and visitor passes.
• Conducting routine lockups and unlocks.
• Assisting in dispatch duties as needed.
• Performing safety inspections and monitoring traffic.
• Responding professionally to emergencies.
• Reducing risks to guests, staff, and property through proactive measures.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with shifts from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Security experience preferred.
• CPR / First Aid certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with the ability to complete incident reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
