Job summary

Sorsen Inc. seeks a Security Guard Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for security roles, delivering high-volume results with precision and integrity.

You’ll source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while leveraging your knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance to protect our hiring standards. You’ll collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders, craft targeted recruiting strategies across social media and campus channels, and help build a resilient security team

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience, preferably security or technical recruiting.
• Experience with external, internal, executive, and campus recruitment strategies.
• Proven talent management, succession planning, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication with ability to source and market opportunities via social media.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR systems for ethical recruiting.
• Experience using ATS tools for candidate sourcing, progress tracking, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and candidate quality.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills in areas such as negotiation, communication skills, and compliance with HR legal standards.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes for new hires.
• Maintain knowledge of employment & labor law related to talent acquisition to ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with legal requirements.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments, preferably within security or technical recruiting fields.
• Strong background in external recruiting, internal recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability in talent management, succession planning, and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cold call potential candidates and effectively market employment opportunities across social media platforms.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR systems to ensure ethical recruiting practices.
• Experience in using ATS tools for candidate sourcing, tracking applicant progress, and generating recruitment analytics.
