Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, observing traffic, and reporting unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation and share information with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and reporting unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
