Allied Universal in Springfield, TN is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver Customer Service to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct regular patrols, monitor access, assist visitors, and deliver professional customer service while supporting daily operations.

You must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks and drug screening.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver Customer Service in Springfield, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence. This driving position offers the opportunity to support daily operations, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and request appropriate support when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions, and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
