Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Customer Relations in Springfield, TN for a part-time position. You will provide customer service, patrol assigned areas, and respond to incidents with a professional, welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeters.

• Document patrols and incidents in accordance with reporting requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, office areas, parking areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe employee, visitor, contractor, and delivery activity to help deter unauthorized entry and support site access procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
