Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Canyon Lake, CA, to protect residents and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves vehicle and bicycle patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents within a residential community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, streets, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and resident activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
