Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities and share with leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet tools, you will support access control and badge processes while working with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a corporate technology location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying authorization and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
