• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and building perimeter to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support authorized entry and a professional environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, building perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to support authorized entry and a professional environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
