As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and document observations while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
