Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by locality.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and document visitor, employee, and vendor access in accordance with site-specific requirements, including delivery and shipping activity.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
