• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and tenants while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, building access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate entry and activity records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Report observed hazards, property damage, unusual activity, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
