Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Access Control Patrol in Tulsa, OK to safeguard clients across Tech/Media/Telecom environments. You will monitor access points, perform unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure site.

As a patrol officer, you will deter incidents, complete incident reports, and follow site procedures. Weekly pay and CLEET assistance are available to support your role and growth.

Qualifications

• Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with authorized entry and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
