What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Manage front desk activities, including greeting and directing visitors, verifying access authorization, and maintaining visitor records in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry points, reception‑area activity, and applicable systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and Allied Universal leadership regarding site‑related concerns and requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
