Qualifikationen

• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $18.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas, entrances, perimeter locations, and common areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility information, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol findings, and other security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid Virginia DCJS license is required.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
