• Issue, collect, and document access credentials, keys, and temporary passes per procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of access points, premises, and construction areas to deter unauthorized activity.

• Mon: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations.
• Issue, collect, and document access credentials, keys, and/or temporary passes in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, perimeter, and construction-related areas to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
