Job summary

Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Security Guard for Monroe Village in Monroe Twp, NJ. You will ensure the safety and security of the facilities and community, respond to resident calls, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring fire and emergency systems, patrolling, securing apartments, and understanding building infrastructure. Prior experience in security is preferred and a range of benefits is offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security preferred.

• Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action.
• Respond to the emergency call system and administer first aid. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital.
• Make rounds and check empty apartments.
• Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations.
• Know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it.
• Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.

Monroe Village is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. We are looking for a Full-Time Security Guard to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community.

Pay Range: $16.48-$17.26/hour

Schedule: Every Saturday, Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday, 12AM-8AM (32 hours/week)
