Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated security professional to help maintain a secure environment at our community. The role emphasizes vigilant observation, rapid response to unusual activity, and collaborative teamwork to protect residents and staff.

You will monitor access, perform rounds, and coordinate with team members to address safety concerns. Training is provided, with a comprehensive benefits plan and DailyPay option available to eligible employees.

Job Description

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.
