Job summary

Stonebridge at Montgomery, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Skillman, NJ, is seeking Part-Time Security Guards to ensure the safety of residents and facilities. Responsibilities include responding to calls, monitoring alarms, and assisting during emergencies.

Schedule includes Sunday and Monday 3PM-11PM ($17.50/hr with shift differential) and Thu/Fri/Sat 11PM-7AM ($19/hr with shift differential). Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident calls and requests.
• Respond to facility calls and determine appropriate action.
• Respond to fire alarm, read panel and take action.
• Respond to emergency calls and administer first aid; meet ambulance and escort paramedics.
• Make rounds and check empty apartments.
• Know circuit breaker locations.
• Shut down sprinkler system and drain it.
• Outside patrol during inclement weather for safety.

Description

Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking highly skilled Security Guards to join our team!

Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are looking for Part-Time Security Guards to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident calls and requests.
• Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action.
• Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action.
• Respond to the emergency call system and administer first aid. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital.
• Make rounds and check empty apartments.
• Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations.
• Know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it.
• Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in security preferred
