Job summary

Monroe Village, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Monroe Twp, NJ, is hiring a Full-Time Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the facilities and residents.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, fire and emergency alarms, and patrolling the property. High school diploma or equivalent required; security experience preferred. Pay range is $16.48–$17.26/hour; schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays with 12AM-8AM shifts.

• Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action.
• Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action.
• Respond to the emergency call system and administer first aid. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital.
• Make rounds and check empty apartments.
• Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations.
• Know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it.
• Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.

Pay Range: $16.48-$17.26/hour

Schedule: Every Saturday, Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday, 12AM-8AM (32 hours/week)
