Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading docks, trailer areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and driver activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Minooka, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
