As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with property policies, assisting with access control and directing guests as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements is subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
