Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Santee, CA. You will provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, conduct regular patrols, monitor entrances, and respond calmly to incidents as part of a collaborative security team.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with licensing and background checks.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per law.
• As part of employment, a drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Santee, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors and tenants with exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with site personnel. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
