As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Observation Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Our Security Officers conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout a luxury retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and prompt reporting of concerns. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:30 PM - 08:00 PM
• Tue 02:30 PM - 08:00 PM
• Wed 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Thur 02:30 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a luxury retail environment.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity while maintaining a professional presence consistent with a high-end retail setting.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
