Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Passaic, NJ. You will monitor production areas and access points, report incidents, and maintain a visible deterrence while delivering lawful, high-quality client service in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires at least two years in security, strong customer service basics, and a high school diploma, with extensive on-site patrols and policy adherence.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years in security-related roles.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, following visitor and contractor procedures, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment issues, and policy violations to site management or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
