Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional for a full-time role at a Palo Alto campus. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in alignment with campus procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and campus stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
