Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Full Time Security Guard Patrol in Battleboro, NC. You will provide customer service to guests and employees, conduct regular patrols, monitor entrances, and report incidents per site policy.

Minimum requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. CPR/First Aid is preferred, and 24/7 shifts apply.

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol in Battleboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and dining location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Tue 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Wed 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Thur 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Fri 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of dining areas, entrances, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the restaurant and retail location, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
