Job summary

Allied Universal in Battleboro, NC is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Customer Care to guard clients across Retail/Malls and other settings. As an unarmed officer, you will monitor, patrol, and provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

This full-time role offers daytime shifts and pays $14.00 per hour; responsibilities include responding to incidents, communicating professionally with guests and staff, and documenting observations for leadership.

• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Care in Battleboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a busy retail and dining location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
